WHOLE EGG POWDER

Dried whole egg powder​ in bulk

All our egg powders are made ​​with fresh eggs which undergo a drying process. They are produced according to the highest EU requirements.

The production of our egg powder is fully automatic for the following stages:

  • breaking the fresh eggs and separating the contents of eggs
  • filtering
  • pasteurisation
  • cooling
  • drying
  • packing and storage of finished goods

General information
  • How to use : 1 kg of powder in 3 l of water. 1 kg of powder is equivalent to approx. 82 eggs
  • Statement about GMO: Products are free from the Genetically Modified Organisms.
  • ​Packaging: consists of outer cardboard box or paper with polyethylene foil insert
  • Net weight: 20 or 25kg or other according to customer’s order
  • Storage and transport condition: Store in dry, well-ventilated place at ambient temperature
  • Storage Time: 12 months from the production date
  • Applications: Bakery, confectionery, pasta production, mayonnaise and dressing production
  • FSSC 22000 certified
  • Halal certified
